Maison De Grez is the latest addition to the patchwork coliving network.
Located in the village of Grez-sur-Loing, just a 10-minute drive from the INSEAD campus, Maison De Grez offers accommodation for up to 17 INSEAD students in a stunning mansion.
The main building comprises 16 private studios spread across four floors, designed and furnished in the same fashion as the ones at Maison Fleury or Maison Demaizon.
An entire floor (at the garden level) is dedicated to shared spaces, including a spacious living room with a bar area, an oriental salon, a spa/jacuzzi, a gaming area and a gym room, all leading out to an 8000-sqm garden with a private access to the Loing river.
An exceptional XXL kitchen / dining area is located in an outbuilding of the property, a picturesque old orangery. It is equipped with multiple fridges, ovens, cooking stoves, etc. to allow for several chefs to operate at the same time. And, with its banquet-like table seating up to 40 people, it is designed to encourage collective activity.
Shared spaces also include a TV room (with home theater and Netflix access) that can be set up as a coworking space, and a fully equipped laundry room (with several washers and dryers).
All private flats have individual access codes. They‘re furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with storage space below, a wardrobe closet with hangers and shelves, a built-in study desk with a comfortable designer chair, a reading corner, a cold kitchenette (small fridge and kettle) and of course a full private bathroom with toilet and shower.
Additionally, a spacious duplex flat (Flat 17) is located in the orangery, with a fully blown private kitchen setup, on top of the usual amenities. Ideal for couples.
