Maison Demaizon

Maison Demaizon is the new sister property of Maison Fleury and welcomed its first batch of students in January 2022.

Located in the heart of the city center (residential old part of town) and adjoining the gardens of the Chateau of Fontainebleau, the property is at a 15-min walk to the campus (or you can take the bus) and only a couple of feet away from the main townhall and all the shops.

Maison Demaizon offers 17 rooms, curated in the same fashion and attention to detail as the ones at Maison Fleury. They‘re furnished with a queen-size bed with storage space below, a closet with hangers and drawers, a large study desk with a comfortable designer chair, a reading corner, a cold kitchenette and of course a full private bathroom. All rooms are roughly the same size (15 to 20 sqm) and are priced equally: monthly rent is 1280 EUR.

The common areas boast an exceptional XL shared kitchen with a banquet-like table seating up to 30 people, under an “art-nouveau” glass canopy, a versatile living room adjoining the shared kitchen and leading out to a 1000-sqm garden with a BBQ, a small gym room and a ‘petanque’ area. You’ll also have access to a home-cinema room in the cellar, and a fully-equipped laundry room.
